About the role

Our customer service team is the live link between hungry customers, restaurants, and delivery drivers — solving problems fast and keeping every order on track.

What you'll do

  • Answer customers, restaurants and drivers over chat and WhatsApp
  • Fix order issues — missing items, delays, wrong addresses, refunds
  • Stay calm and clear when several things go wrong at once
  • Keep every order moving toward a resolution

What we're looking for

  • Clear, friendly written communication
  • Calm under pressure — evenings get busy
  • Logical problem-solving and good judgment
  • English and/or Papiamento (Dutch and Spanish are a plus)
  • Lives in Aruba, has a laptop, and can work shifts
